• Wix (for our website and booking integration)

• Square (for bookings and secure payment processing)

• Google services like Analytics and Forms

Payment information entered through our booking or checkout systems is processed securely via Square. Ethereal Beauty does not store or have access to your full card details. These are encrypted and managed entirely by Square under their own privacy and security policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information is only ever shared with other businesses (e.g. photographers) when part of a collaboration and only with your explicit permission.

5. How We Store and Secure Your Data

Your data is stored securely in:

• Our Wix booking platform

• Google Drive (password protected)

• Local storage (on a password-protected device)

• Our email inbox

• Our mobile device (for contact purposes only)

Payment details are never stored by Ethereal Beauty. They are securely handled by Square and are not accessible by us beyond what is needed to confirm your payment (e.g. payment status, last 4 digits of your card for receipts).

We take reasonable steps to protect all data from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

6. Talent Consent and Image Use

Photos and videos are only used for promotional purposes (e.g. on social media or our website) if you give permission via a signed consent form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

7. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Your Information

You have the right to:
