Cancellation Policy
An upfront deposit of 50% of the service cost will be required at time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this time will result in a loss of deposit. If you need to cancel your booking within 24hrs of the appointment, please contact us directly via contact@etherealbycaitlin.com.au Remaining 50% service cost will be due immediately after service is completed.
