Refund Policy

Effective Date: 9th of April 2025

At Ethereal Beauty, we understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when cancelling or rescheduling appointments or workshops.

1. General Services (Makeup Appointments)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining 50% of the service cost is due immediately after the service is completed.

Cancellations:

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time will result in the loss of your deposit.

2. Workshops

A 50% deposit is required to secure your workshop booking.
Workshop pricing varies depending on the length of the session and travel costs (if applicable). A final quote will be provided and confirmed before the booking is secured.
The remaining 50% of the workshop fee is due within 2 weeks of the workshop date, unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule your workshop booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will result in the loss of your deposit.
If rescheduling is required within 48 hours, please contact us directly to discuss options.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Deposits are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours for appointments / less than 48 hours for workshops)
No-shows
Change of mind after the allowed cancellation period
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date for workshops (unless prior arrangements are made)

4. Exceptions & Communication

We understand that life happens! If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation where possible. We encourage open and respectful communication.
